All parts must be returned before a credit can be given

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items

If parts have been ordered by mistake or for test purposes.

If for any reason freight arrives damaged or broken you must notify

the Trucking company or Warranty will be voided

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:   

This warranty does not cover parts that failed as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse or the failure of another part. Parts installed for use on off road vehicles, racing or competition use have no warranty. Parts modified for use or installed for use other than their original design and application have no warranty.

Mileage is not guaranteed and is correct to the best of our knowledge.

This warranty is not transferrable.
All deposits are non-refundable.
There is no warranty on appearance of parts.

We don't cover any labor charges under any circumstances

ENGINE WARRANTY

Engines are complete assemblies including manifolds, oil pan , timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, we guarantee only the long block. The manifolds, gaskets,seals, hoses ,oil pan,timing belts and covers , fuel injection or carburetor, are not

Accessories such as but not limited to turbos, Starters , air compressors , alternator , power steering pumps, optical distributors or electrical water pumps are usually not included nor under warranty in regards to the sale and/or warranty of an engine. If this parts are purchased separately they will be under warranty. Other item they may need to be replaced are the water pump, distributor cap ,spark plugs and wires and possibly timing chain. Best Parts Auto will not be held liable for these parts listed as they are considered high wear-parts.    

TRANSMISSION WARRANTY

Improper adjustment, low fluid level, not using proper fluid, not replacing new filter or broken front pump and improper installation voids all warranties
